What’s this? Two round-ups in a month, no way! Yep, don’t go expecting this every time though. Here’s what’s been going down lately in the ukulele world…

Kala release their all plastic Waterman ukuleles at the Ukulele Festival of Great Britain tomorrow, here’s Phil Doleman playing one

Issue 2 of Uke Magazine hit the shelves with the very talented Mike Hind gracing the cover. You can buy it from Amazon here.

Bohemian Guitars are now just a few weeks away from releasing their Bohemian/Oil Can electric ukulele. The first picture appeared on their Instagram account.

This has done the rounds now but Caleb Kraft, inspired by Mad Max built a working flame thrower ukulele.

For the Grateful Dead fans out there UkeNut tabbed out a fingerstyle version of Ripple.

Magic Fluke have released their short scale fretless electric bass at an introductory price of $495.
